Arca Dental is a comprehensive dental care practice located in Currambine. We offer a full range of dental services such as routine cleanings, porcelain veneers, permanent crowns and bridges, sameday teeth whitening, composite fillings and bonding, extraction of wisdom teeth, oral cancer screening, and treatment of periodontal disease. Dr. Kushal Kothari and his staff are extremely experienced and knowledgeable about dental health and all dental procedures and they are a provider for most insurance plans.
Our state of the art facility features the latest technology, and we offer a refreshment bar in our reception area. Our building is fully wheelchair accessible including a large patient restroom, extra wide hallways, and spacious treatment rooms. All treatment rooms are separate with their own doors to ensure patient privacy. So whether you are accompanying someone, or you are in for an appointment, we hope you will appreciate the extra amenities we have provided.

Dr. Kushal Kothari
Principal Dentist
After working in London, UK for 12 years predominantly in the NHS system, Kushal moved to Perth and has been working in private practices based in Kalamunda and Armadale As an enthusiastic and innovative dentist, he is especially well known for his friendly approach, professional service and a commitment to the wellbeing of the patients.
Kushal qualified from the prestigious King’s College London in 1999 and is experienced in all areas of general dentistry with keen interests in minimally invasive dentistry. This involves reconstructing teeth using composite bonding material (white fillings). He also enjoys preventative dentistry which involves scaling of the periodontal tissues (gums) to increase the longevity of the teeth.
By regularly attending courses about new techniques, procedures and equipment he ensures that he is up to-date with the latest technologies. Kushal is married with 2 children loves his sport especially following his favourite soccer team Tottenham Hotspur in the EPL.
Dr. Aristotelis Mylonas
Associate Dentist
Born and raised in Nicosia, Cyprus, Dr. Aristotelis Mylonas – better known as Mylo by his friends and patients, embarked on a journey into the world of dentistry at the University of Glasgow in Scotland in 2014. It was here that Dr. Mylo set out on a mission to make a positive impact on smiles around the world.
For the past five years, Dr. Mylo has honed expertise across various fields of dentistry, continuously expanding skills and staying abreast with the latest advancements in the dental industry. This dedication to ongoing learning has allowed Dr. Mylo to provide comprehensive and cutting-edge dental solutions while allowing his patients to benefit from the highest standard of care, treatment and advice.
In addition to his daily practicing life, Dr. Mylo pursued and successfully completed examinations and competencies to attain a membership in the prestigious Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. This achievement reflects a commitment to the highest standards of professional competence and ethical conduct, ensuring that ARCA remains at the forefront of dental excellence.
He has recently completed a year long intensive training program, specializing in dental implantology. This additional qualification allows him to provide solutions for patients seeking to replace missing teeth with their most comparable and successful alternative in a relaxed and comfortable setting.
